This training contains the following modules:

Awareness

In this module we cover the prevalence of abuse and the need to provide a safe environment for our clients and form staff and volunteers against wrongful allegations of abuse.

Protection:

In this module we cover the types of abuse, the definitions of abuse, indicators of abuse and the legal duty to report child abuse. We also learn steps to respond to vulnerable adult abuse.

Prevention:

In this module we cover best practices in reducing the risk of abuse.
