This webinar is designed to assist organizations and youth workers who interact with teens who may face a variety of different crisis issues. Victoria Bissell, OCT. Director of Training at Plan to Protect® and a Volunteer Crisis Response Counsellor for Kids Help Phone, will speak about how we can recognize and respond to problems and doing a risk assessment. Victoria will also provide tips for assisting young people and finding available resources and Collaborative Problem Solving. We will also address some tips on suicide and self-injury prevention and response. Let’s raise the bar on protection.
