Special Interest: Plan to Protect® for Small/Medium Sized Organizations
We have a small/medium sized organization – how can we make Plan to Protect® work for us? We have limited budget, few volunteers/staff, and everyone knows each other – do we need Plan to Protect®? We don’t have enough volunteers/staff for 2 in each class/program – what should we do? Plan to Protect® only works for large organizations, right? Let’s Plan to Protect® small/medium sized organizations!
This webinar is designed for administrators and leaders of small/medium sized organizations. Melodie Bissell, President and CEO of Plan to Protect®, will address the challenges of child and youth and vulnerable adult protection when you are working with a limited budget, staff, volunteer base, and enrolment of children and youth. We will also address the issue of securing buy-in, need of policies, parental permission, volunteer changes, protection of the worker(s), and real-life case studies. Let’s raise the bar on protection
