This training is designed for organizations serving the vulnerable sector that would like to hire volunteers or staff with disabilities or special needs? Sarah Chaudhery, O.T. Reg. (ON), Disabilities Coordinator at Plan to Protect®, will answer your questions and provide practical tips for supporting, interacting with and engaging people with disabilities. Sarah will provide some of the benefits of hiring individuals with disabilities as well as discuss how we can go about screening and training them under Plan to Protect®. Our 60-minute webinars are extremely helpful in approaching a wide variety of topics ranging from administration to leadership to awareness.
